Tarver and Alleyne were both fathers and lived at Castle Hill Houses, which is just yards away from where they were killed.

Arileida Jimenez, 45, who police said appeared to be an innocent bystander and also lived in Castle Hill Houses, was hit in the torso by a stray bullet.

All three victims were all pronounced dead at the Jacobi Medical Center.

Tarver was the intended target, a law enforcement source told the .

Police on Thursday released surveillance footage of the suspected shooter, who was wearing a black baseball cap, shorts and a sweater.

The man, who cops said is wanted for triple homicide, can be seen in the video running down a sidewalk following the shooting.

Witnesses described scenes of mayhem as the killer paced down the road spraying off bursts of gunfire.

‘I heard six or seven shots. I thought it was fireworks until I heard someone screaming,‘ Mark, 52, told the . ‘They were screaming, ‘Oh my God, no, no, no!‘‘

Mark saw one of the victims bleeding heavily before collapsing next to a parked Honda SUV.

‘He was spitting up blood. Blood was pouring out of him,‘ the witness said. ‘He ran and fell where the blood is. He was pouring out blood on the sidewalk.‘

Michelle Hollingsworth, 56, who was leaving a store when the shooting happened, saw Jimenez crying for help after being shot.

‘The woman was holding onto the hubcap of a parked car,‘ Hollingsworth told the News.

‘She was saying, ‘Please help me. Please help me.‘ There was a bullet hole in her back.‘

NYPD say they have surveillance footage of the moments leading up to the shooting which ‘paints a picture‘ of what happened. They are investigating to see if it was gang related.
