She‘s got one of the best bodies in the business.

And now fitness icon Michelle Bridges has given fans a sneak peek as to how she keep her impossibly toned physique.  

The 47-year-old no-nonsense trainer took to on Friday, sharing a snap of her refrigerator after a weekly shop.

Proving her love of leafy green vegetables, the mother-of-one also had a few surprises in store for fans and fitness devotees. 

The former Biggest Loser trainer‘s fridge was packed full of nutrient-dense foods, including kale and asparagus. 

Michelle also traded sugary spreads for avocado, and added an eggplant for good measure.

However, the brunette beauty may have raised a few eyebrows with a bottle of champagne in the fridge door and loaf of Lawson‘s bread. 

Michelle also opted for healthy snacks with a container of cashew nuts and cheese slices.

Showing her efficiency, Michelle captioned the snap: ‘That feeling when your weekly shop stacks up perfectly.‘   

This isn‘t the first time Michelle has given fans a peak at her personal diet.

In April, Michelle took to Instagram again, this time sharing her lunch, which was made using the previous night‘s dinner leftovers.

Michelle posted a close-up image of three Tupperware containers, consisting of one-and-a-half hard-boiled eggs, rice with chopped capsicum and zucchini, and a mix of rocket, spinach leaves and Spanish onion. 

‘When last night‘s dinner becomes today‘s lunch,‘ Michelle wrote alongside a smirking face emoji and an ‘on point‘ emoji. 

She added: ‘These portion control containers are a precious resource in my house.‘
